The company was incorporated in 1995 as Okoro and Company (West Africa) Limited. The Company is a member of the OKORO GROUP, a Multi‐interest Group.

Okoro and Company (W.A.) Limited was founded to offer quality support services in the down stream area of the expanding oil industry in Nigeria. It has been engaged in professional Engineering services, rendering services to a wide range of companies, governments and other interest groups.

The directors, being from the heart of the oil rich Niger Delta, have studied the operations of the petroleum Industry for some time now, and have come up with a company fully dedicated to offering quality services to the technical area of the oil industry.
